    The tendering process is a very tedious process given the short time frame to complete taking off, getting quotations and doing the pricing. The team must ensure that nothing is missed out from the calculation and everything must be included in the tender sum. How to ensure that all calculations are correct to prevent under priced or over priced tender?


    be careful and check the drawings vs the qty, shortage of QS always rush thru jobs and make many mistakes. alternatively use gfa/$ as cost reference and check for special design
