    So much time is spent on finalising the work done of a 2million project. Client asked the contractor to proceed with the work first yet deny payment upon project completion. QS spent a lot of time submitting many quotations to justify work done. So how to cut down time in negotiation with client and quickly get our money back?


    Don’t do any additional work without getting the clients signature and confirmation. This is the basic procedure, cannot be soft hearted cos it will be more troublesome at later stage.
